Luxair Cooker Hoods Limited

We had a lovely kitchen project. Luxair delivered hood in time and gave useful advice. Happy with the service and the product itself. We will use them again!

Glad i found this company, spent days looking at so many kitchen extractor fans my mind went blank, ordered the Jupiter ceiling hood, nice video online of this product, so made my life easier on choosing a prodct, what arrived was exactly as described, very nice website guys, well done very easy to deal with.Mark

We got a Luxair cooker hood in 2017 and last month it suddenly stopped extracting. We contacted the company because it came with 7 years warranty but they refused to honour it because we hadn't registered it online. This was our mistake but given we have receipts showing the date we purchased it, it was very awkward of the company not to fix the issue.Luxair offered to repair it for several hundred pounds so instead we decided to buy a Neff hood. It's only marginally more expensive than the price we paid for the original hood from Luxair. But Neff is obviously a world-renowned company with better products, while Luxair only seems to have 16 employees according to Companies House.

Unhappy with the quality of product. Response times could be quicker.Bought and installed a Luxair cooker hood around 6 months ago. We were very pleased with the performance and the extraction was great.However after a couple of months the extraction rate dropped significantly rendering it unfit for purpose. Having contacted customer services I was informed an engineer would be in touch within a few days. A week later without contact I followed up and was able to arrange a visit some days later (nearly two weeks on from the issue being reported).The engineer replaced the entire motor however just over a month later and the extractor made an awful noise and stopped working.I'll be reporting the issue as soon as the Luxair office reopens after this bank holiday weekend and hope for a quicker response.

Moved into a house with a beautiful Lux Air Hood. The motor was having some issues after around 6 years, so I contacted them to get a replacement. Service was great, they had a replacement that would retro fit & sent it within a couple of days via DPD. I had some issues installing & when I called I was able to speak to the engineer directly who talked me through the solution. Great service, Thank you.

Although delivery was a bit later than expected I was kept informed and was able to collect to speed up delivery. The on site warehouse staff were very helpful

Excellent service from start to finish,Very knowledgeable staff, I was recommended luxair by a friend and told to contact them regarding my installation queries. They were very friendly, helpful and gave me some great advice which I have now implemented in my installation and I am so glad I took their advice in board.The cooker hood is amazing! After extensive scrolling the internet I am so so happy and relieved I chose luxair.I went for one of the brushless motor models as they advertise it as quieter.I bought the 72-can-BR white.On speed 1 +2 I can hardly tell its on, it is that quiet!I also went for luxairs installation service, the installers we very friendly, tidy and took great care when installing, and gave me some good advice on how to clean and care for the hood.From start to finish the experience had been 10/10 and would highly recommend.

Very poor service. Do not waste money on the site survey. They don’t look at anything and just say they’ll only replace like for like.In response to Luxair, we had a site survey a few months back booked under my partner’s name.I don’t need you to investigate further, we did try to have a conversation with you after the event but to no avail.This is a review so that people know to do a bit more research before parting with a considerable amount of money.I totally understand why you charge so much, your engineer is travelling a long way across the country to do these surveys. However if you can just look at a room without any tools or investigating further, then perhaps you could look at the pictures you were provided prior to booking and save potential customers £70.

A terrible experience as a trade customer. First time ordering from Luxair and instead if paying an excessive £100 on an express delivery for an item worth a few hundred, I opted for a delivery which stated up to 14 days". As a business owner myself

I research this product to the nth degree! We have an open plan kitchen I needed a really good quality extractor. The extraction rate from the integrated fan we purchased is AMAZING!It has an unbelievable warranty an excellent service when things go wrong. We recently had a problem with our extractor and Luxair Did what they promised. An actual company that does what they say they will do!!!All in all excellent products and good after service. What more could you ask for…? You get what you pay for!
