Competitive and thorough quotation. They were able to undertake a variety of external work we needed doing in one job. The team worked efficiently, with a minimum of mess, were friendly and thorough. The rendering team worked some long shifts on hot days to ensure that the finish was high quality. The work overall was high quality and the house looks great. The communication throughout the project was excellent, so that we knew the status, next steps etc. Thanks for doing such a great job. Much appreciated.

Aldbrough Roofing did a full re-roof of my rental property. They did it very promptly, which was really helpful as the roof had actually started to leak into my tenant’s bedroom. They did a really neat job with good finishing, good quality slate and new gutters & made sure all was tidy. They were excellent at communicating, taking pictures of everything as they did it, and carrying out the work in the timeframe that they said they would. I was so happy with the work that I already used the same company to carry out repairs to my roof, which has rosemary tiles. Again, good communication & tidy job.

Lost a lot of money on this company. Have had nothing but bullying ever since. Pretended they had never been in this area but van round the corner from me when I asked them to look at mine. Ignored all telephone and texts. Said he was on holiday so he said didn’t answer any phone because his wife told him not to. Great thing to do to a disabled woman. I see other bad reviews from women also. If they did any work at all it was just awful.

We had several leaks after a few days of bad weather. I called Aldbrough Roofing Services, who sent someone round the next morning. They assessed the damage in the morning and came and repaired it later the same day. Everyone on the team was friendly and knew what they were doing. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with no hassle or rubbish left behind. They took photos of the damage and then more of the work when it was completed so I knew what was happening. They listened to what I wanted doing and didn’t try to push any extra or more expensive work. Would highly recommend.

Repaired leaking roof. Starting leaking 2 months after. Didn't answer calls for a few weeks. Arranged multiple dates to fix and cancelled each one. Now refuses to answer phone. Job was done with wrong flashing, no eave guards and top row of tiles installed incorrectly. Shame because seem a decent set of lads but done me out of £600 and now I have to get another company in. Avoid.

We had dampness around our chimney breast which we discovered was for loose chimney pointing and no cap on the chimney. Aldbrough came to quote on Thursday, and recognising the need to get the issue sorted ASAP, offered to do the work quickly on the Saturday. They provided us with a thorough and very well-priced quote, clearly breaking down all the elements that needed fixing. Very honest and hard-working group of lads that just recommended what needed doing, not adding on any unnecessary extras like other quotes we had. Really great experience, and we wouldn't use any other roofers now! 10/10

Carl and the team have been excellent from the point of arranging a quote to carrying out the work. The work they have carried out to repair my roof has been to a high standard and the lads working on the roof kept me up to date on the progress, kept checking in that I was happy with everything and tidied up after themselves thoroughly each day. They worked really hard in very hot weather to get my roof all sorted in three days. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting an honest and trustworthy roofing service!
