Poor repairs. Went down hill since Trevor Chapman left. Where is Trevor??

Bought a new key for our front door which i wanted to get a colour and picture on for my wife. Took it home, tried it, does not work. Took it back to the shop and another employee told me that this kind of key does not work with the picture on. It is a standard key for a UPVC door.I had a bank statement to show my purchase. He said that without a receipt i could not have a refund otherwise the money would come out of his wages.Anyway, after a fashion he gave me a refund but did not apologise for the inconvenience to me. I asked if he would say sorry to me and he sarcastically said i am really really sorry
