Very helpful staff always ready to lend an ear or guide you to the correct aisles.

Friendly and helpful staff.Large variety of all animal’s accessories.They normally have a selection of rabbits, gerbals, hamsters on display and seem to have more accessories for dogs in now.

There are a lot of things for different pets, also a vet service but it can sometimes get a little cramped in the shop because they are selling so much

It gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the initial service from the assistant was good, but when we returned to purchase a new Syrian Hamster the staff were rude and argumentative, we are experienced Hamster owners and all of our Hamsters have lived long happy lives, but we were treated like clueless children, we were even told that the Hamster cage that we use for Syrian Hamsters (that we bought from Pets At Home) wasn't suitable for Syrian Hamsters, this is complete nonsense, we decided against getting the new member of our family from there as all they were interested in was selling us an unnecessarily new bigger cage and equipment, I won't buy from a pet shop that puts profit before the pets, we went to Swallow Aquatics in Northfleet and the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and supplied us with our new Hamster who is sitting happily in his cage

They always have Tetra Fish Food in stock, which is my choice of fish food. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-organized. I would definitely recommend Pets at Home to anyone who is looking for a pet store in Gravesend.

Lovely vets but busy and small waiting area. Shop is well stocked

Well laid out with good accessibility & parking. I visited the grooming parlour, where my pooch had a good bathe & groom. Staff all very friendly.
