Dan did a great job from start to finish on our side extension despite a long drawn out and difficult process with the planners. He was great at getting stuff back to us quickly and would always go out of his way to be available for any questions we had.

Dan recently helped redesign our dorma bungalow. He added in an impressive gable end, a single floor kitchen extension and reconfigured the rooms to match. We live in a conservation area so planning was tricky with various challenges. Fortunately he tailored it to meet all the pushbacks from the council and planning was passed. We are just waiting for the project to start. Would 100% recommend / use him in the future. Cheers Dan

Dan drew up plans for our proposed single storey extension. He took careful account of our initial requirements and was able to offer a range of options and suggestions to improve on our initial thoughts. Having reached agreement on what would go through to the planning process, Dan then completed the necessary paperwork in our behalf which could have been a minefield. The service offered was excellent. We were kept informed of progress and any queries we had were promptly answered. Dan helped draw up plans for a reconfiguration of rooms downstairs in our home in order to create more open plan living. In fact we were undecided as to whether to move, extend, go for a short term improvements or longer term investment in the property.Dan was super friendly and listened to what we needed and provided a couple of solutions in his plans.His drawings were pivotal in helping us decide the right way forward for us and helping us get the work done rather than just over thinking.Would recommend Dan for his friendly service and skills.

We used Dan to draw up the plans for our garage conversion and small porch.He also completed all the documentation for planning permission and building regs. Throughout the process Dan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to make everything go smoothly. We'd started out with a different architect who told us our plans weren't possible, Dan worked with us to suggest a few small tweaks that made it totally possible. Dan was recommended to us by my brother. We used him to draw up plans for a 2 storey extension at Hall Bower. He had excellent knowledge of the area and took the time to go through everything in detail as we were so new to the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of getting an extension.

Used Dan during a house sale as we needed a lease splitting and plans had to be provided to facilitate this. Dan always answered the phone promptly and he produced the plans within two days. When the plans needed amending slightly this was no problem and again they were produced the next day. Dan was happy to communicate directly with our solicitor and he emailed us every time he had completed or produced any plans - We were always kept in the loop. I cannot recommend Dan highly enough.
