I just stopped over at this place. I started browsing cars but I asked the staffs beforehand who were sitting in nicely in comfort.No greeting or questions nothing asked by staffs.We walked and seen almost every car. Some had A4 page showing prices but most of them none. I had to Google Auto Trade with their business names to find them.Anyways, cut to short.Seen and liked Citroen C3 (2010 model) I Asked to pull the car for test drive. They won’t even get off their sofa. Towards the end they agreed to do the test drive only I if purchase (how can I agree to pay without knowing if the car is drivable) still I agreed to it.Took the car out forward for test drive.. I got into the car and car won’t reverse. I tried almost 7-8 times so I didn’t wanted to make it worse so I asked the staff who was sitting next to me. He tried 6-7 times then after so many time he got to reverse while I was pressing clutch and then I drove around and came back.. I wanted check reverse gear again and same issue again. Both seller tried 30+ times… there weren’t aware of this issue in that car it seemed but after trying few times it select once in reverse… toward the end, one of the seller said there could be issue with small plastic that is easy repair for £20 and also said will pay me £500 if there is actually a problem.Obviously, all their car they sell come with third party protection cover, I would dealing with all hassle if bought it.I will probably never visit this cowboys again. Bad seller, lies and no selling techniques what so ever.

I bought a Citroen C3 aircross Cat N from Simo Car Sales in March 2023Here's my feedbackThe car drives  fairly well except when trying to put the gear into reverse. You have to sometimes give the handle a good jerk to put it into reverse.The car had a  bit of a bad smell inside it when I purchased it.The radio did not work well and I had realised the radio antenna was broken.There was some broken glass in the boot and rear seat. This was probably from the accident the car had prior to being sold to me.Overall, it performed the main fuctions needed from the car.I contacted the company regarding the issues I faced.They paid for me to take the car for a deep clean which was great.When I went back to Birmingham in July 2023, they repaired the antenna and the radio works perfectly now.I would highly recommend Simo Car Sales to anyone looking to buy a car.Excellent after sales service

Having looked at a few cars elsewhere my husband & I went to Simo Cars. We looked at some then found the C4. The car was perfect for me as I struggle to find decent automatics. After a test drive we decided to purchase. The staff wee extremely helpful, made us welcome in the office where they offered refreshments. The paperwork etc was done efficiently & in a timely manner. Would recommend to family & friends. Excellent service & really friendly staff.

Stay well clear , sold me a car with a reoccurring fault which they attempted to fix themselves three times but failed , after 14 days the three returns asked for money back as consumer rights but still charged me £300 for using the vehicle? V5 never came to me so I could’nt get refund for tax , DVLA informed me that Simo car sales never recorded me as the new owner so I never got the £200 refund. Staff told me that I was imagining the fault and what did I expect from a second hand car . Really do not use this so called garage staff very rude and very very unhelpful STAY WELL CLEAR

Bought a car from here this month. Excellent customer service, was attended to by a decent reliable and honest man. Was patient, even cracking jokes and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend.

I had a viewing booked with Simo car sales after talking to their friendly staff and discussing my budget plus what I was looking for. They were able to give me a couple options to look at and I had a great welcoming experience when I arrived. Staff even offered refreshments while I was waiting for the cars to be pulled out! After looking at a couple cars and test driving 2, I found the right one for me and was able to leave with it once all paperwork was done in the office. I have not had any problems with my ford focus and I’m so glad I chose Simo car sales! I would highly recommend them

Would highly recommend these guys. Recently purchased a Vauxhall insignia. Staff was very and make you feel welcome. After a few weeks engine management light came on, I popped back to ask if they could help they was happy to diagnose the problem for me and booked it in to the garage to the the problem fixed free of charge. Car is running like a dream. Not many car salesmen around like these guys reliable and honest peopleThanks guys
