INFINITI Centre Stockport

We needed brake pads replacement urgently on our Q50- Jonathan and Danny at this centre gave us a competitive quote, fitted us in at short notice and provided excellent customer service. They honestly explained the problem, checked with us including the price before carrying out the repairs. They even gave us a free car wash. We would totally recommend them.

Had a great experience when my mum and I looked around last week. We went from casual mosey to my mum buying a Q30 within a few hours. Tim was our lovely salesperson who was very friendly and easy to get on with- we never felt under pressure or like we were being swindled for more money. We ran into a few annoying admin obstacles but Tim and his manager Tom helped us navigate these to enable mum to drive away with a new car there and then- she lives in Leeds so it was excellent that they were able to help us to avoid huge disappointment. Thanks so much- will highly recommend to friends!

I have only dealt with the after sales staff for parts and service enquiries but I have always been left very impressed with the level of knowledge but also the very friendly service they provide, which for me just adds to the sheer pleasure of FX ownership. They could certainly teach my local Mercedes dealer a thing or two about customer service!

Took my Q30 in today for 2 recalls and a knocking sound coming from the roof.The staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.My car was done very quickly (within an hour and originally advised 2) and was even given a wash and a hoover.Execellent customer service.
