I'm speechlees on how mich is careless this company with their own tenants...I've renteded a nice flat with this agency and when i viewed the property everything looked fine but since i moved in i'm having so much trouble and i don't know how to act in this situation...When i was in the middle of all the documents and i had to call my agent for whatever reason he was always replying the phone but now it takes me week if not month to get in touch with him... Do you think is normal? because i definitely don't!I'm very upset in this moment because of the whole situation.I've tried to call the offices of the agency but guess what? They doesn't reply either.This looks like a sort of joke but it's definitely not funny!I have some important documents on hold just because i'm waiting a simple letter from my agent confirming that i live where i'm living now but it's been month now and i can't get hold to him, (and i need to pay again and start from the behinning these documents)i only know he is in annual leave so if in the meantime i have some problem besically i'm by myself and that's definitely not ok,the contract i've signed is very clear in this topic!Lots and lots of problem in my house that i can't fix because of my agent and lots and lots of problem with the agency and the agent.knowing earlier about all this problem definitely this agency would have been a big NO for me so guys to whoever want to rent with them be carefull, they will look available all the time meanwhile you are doing the paperwork for the rent but once you got the house you will barely be able to speak to someone just like me.
