Genuine guy! Had my car serviced by the owner and he went the extra mile on everything. A real enthusiast, took it back afterwards as there was some noise (which turned out to be tyre noise) had a look and reassured us it wasn't anything to worry about. Certainly recommend this place (I find it difficult to find mechanics I trust) but he seems to be a trustworthy guy

Absolutely brilliant service, They came and collected my car, took it to the garage for an MOT, and bought it back to me once done, I had a problem the following day and help was at hand straight away to resolve the issue. I will defiantly be using this garage again, They are very reliable and trust worthy with my pride and joy.

Absolutely First rate service.My car went wrong this morning, I drove it to this garage on the off chance, they couldn't have been more helpful, was given a full price, no hidden costs, I left the car with them after being told it would be done on Monday, fair play as it was 11am Saturday. to my amazement my husband received a phone call an hour and a half later, to tell us the car was ready for collection. Most garages that are franchised, eg Ford, BMW, Volvo etc often try to keep their customer's happy and give reasonable support. However Joy2Ride can repair, maintain, MOT and also buy/sell almost any model of car and their prices are very competitive too. Because they go above the standard service, and with many years of experience, they can source, difficult to obtain and sometimes obsolete parts. Try them. Even if it's a simple wiper blade fit, or an electronic key, or a full service required...perhaps it's a reliable, clean car for the wife...then please try them. I will be honest here - Matthew is one if my sons - of course at this conjecture, you may quite rightly say that I'm biased - but honestly, not so. As you may have already experienced, some garages, aren't always honest or capable. However, Matthew has gained much experience over the years. I know of some garages who actually ask him for help on difficult" cars that they can't solve! Matt's only problem however is - that he's too cheap!"

I bought a nice low-millage car for my daughter at West Ride. The manager/owner Matt was very friendly and accommodating. It was refreshing to receive such a great costumer services. The garage provided also excellent after sale supports and I do not hesitate to recommend West Ride.

I have been absolutely delighted with my car purchase from Matt. He has been very professional from start to finish. My new car was serviced, MOT'd and all the advisories were fixed and a new timing belt fitted. He did everything he said he would do and bent over backwards to get my car ready within a short deadline. This is definitely the best car buying experience I have had, I would highly recommend him

Bought my beloved Matiz from West Ride - can't speak highly enough of the staff. Excellent care during purchase, a couple of after-sales hiccups were sorted out instantly, and after a slight disagreement with a raised drain left me with a crumpled bumper (entirely my own stupid fault) Matt appeared as if by magic with a heat gun and had it looking like new within minutes.Would recommend West Ride for all car maintenance - will be back for all future MOTs and routine maintenance. My van failed mot, and due to my own disorganisation I had 2 days left on the old ticket. West ride were able to fit the repair in for me, and when a complication arose in the job, I was contacted just to be kept informed, rather than wait until I turned up to collect. Vehicle repairs arnt always straightforward, and this kind of service is greatly appreciated. A proper trustworthy garage run by an honest owner. Can't ask for more than that.
