Fed up of people parking in disabled spaces when they are not disabled this needs to be addressed

Shop in itself isn't bad, but I think it needs to managed better. For example often I see products with labels in front of it with an offer, you take said product to the tills and no offer, turns out the label is for a different product and they have faced across. So why hasn't the label got an out of stock label over it, so customers can see that actually the product behind it, isn't the product on offer. Also the staff don't know what products they have in store (including supervisers). I visited the store and asked for a product and was told they don't stock it by a team leader, but on carrying on walking around the shop I found the exact product I was after. This has happened three times to me now in this store. As a customer it has left me very frustrated. More so with the offer labels, you think your getting a good price for something until you get to the till then leave annoyed and let down by the shop. The time it happened to me I raised the point that you shouldn't face across without an out of stock label as your technically advertising the product behind the label at a discounted price, and the person I spoke to in the shop said but its a different product then just turned and walked away leaving me there in shock. Customer service obviously isn't high in the agenda in this store either. Having said this the store does have a good range of products you just might need to find products yourself, and the staff in general are friendly once talking to you.

Went to buy a tin of coke, went to the till got a dreadful look from a short brown haired woman she scanned the tin of pop and said nothing, I asked if it was 90pence her reply was NO ITS A POUND." I got the change out I had in my pocket and counted it out on the side only to here her say RUDELY "PUT IT IN MY HAND

Nice local coop, pretty big lots of fresh fruit/veg and baked goods. Lots of choice and pretty big really. The car park is split front and back so there is plenty of space.

They Icecreams look like been defrost. Next time you go there have a look at freezers. They have a layers of thick snow on boxes. Apart of that's its ok

The carpark is far too small and the village is only getting bigger. The shop itself is also now too small for the village and there are often large ques to be served. Also very expensive. I tend to only go as a last resort or late night when I just can't be bothered to drive somewhere better further away.

Car park not very big. Entrance straight off a roundabout. Choice seems to be sporadic. Bakery has bread but no cookies or buns.

I would leave a zero review if possible, reasons being the inadequate behaviour of staff members for example, belittling customers on the store floor in addition at the till points. Moreover the reluctance to do their jobs, examples being, talking to one another about the most inappropriate topics whilst ignoring customers at the till in addition across the store floor. The blatantly obvious unprofessional conduct is absolutely abysmal, from sales assistant to management levels, in addition to this, staffmembers hygiene levels are intolerable smelling of body odour, as for the store, in a word disgusting. I do not recommend anyone to purchase from this company.

Very friendly staff. My complaint is about Co-op the company. The shop is expensive and keeps raising its prices almost daily for the same product. The same products with Sainsbury and Waitrose cost less. They rely on working people coming in and do their evening dinner shopping and therefore they just charge higher prices since they are the only shop around. Also, I have caught them twice putting an item on offer and at the till charge a higher price. Dishonest and the price hiking is a money grab. The company presents itself as a community business, but they are far from it.

Great local store. Good range of produce and friendly and helpful staff
