Asked Stuart to provide an Electrical Installation Condition Report for a rental property and rectify any issues found.Very thorough report provided - with photos.Some additional work was needed and now I am fully confident that the installation is now up to spec. Refreshing to deal with someone trustworthy who I can rely on to get the job done right.
