Co-op Food - Cantley Lane - Doncaster

Never seem to have anything you actually need. Save your time and go down the road to the other Co-Op.

Set in the heart of Cantley, (Old Paddock Pub) has a large car park, with disabled and parent parking. Shop is medium sized but with most items required. A good selection of fresh fruit and veg, meats and non perishables. Also sells papers and magazines, has a Costa coffee machine and large selection of foods to go for workers and kids alike. Reasonable prices for convenience store, shelves always full, staff always polite and helpful even though they’re obviously under staffed. Some good ‘member offers’ and nice selection of seasonal items usually available if the shop lifters don’t get to them first (sadly).

Fantastic shop with total refit recently. Good stock of fresh fruit and vegetables. Great section of chilled food, always got milk. Fantastic selection of chilled wines. Affordable with many special offers

This branch has some very miserable staff, dont welcome you, even the manager, only two who are friendly, one is sharon, the scruffy young bloke even as bad BO, he only grunts, and wont look at you or say thanks if you move for him, store too cluttered, no room at tills, have to shop there for my parents or would not shop there ever again.

A fab store, well stocked with everything you need and easy to navigate.. Fresh produce daily, great choice of the daily staples...very polite and friendly staff, always happy to share a smile and go the extra mile...reasonable prices, community minded, great parking...5 stars from me.!

Female staff are nice enough and most of male staff except one or two but they have self checkout so I don't have to speak to anyone. I don't get why they changed the isles. Everything is becoming stupidly expensive, shame it's the nearest shop to me as there's cheaper alternatives.

Very unfriendly staff,They served a 22 yr old with alcohol and the next day asked him for ID for rizzla papers,when the parent said something about this she was told get out you are barred !!! Good quality of products as you'd expect from a Co-op. Local convenience and reasonable prices

Very unfriendly staff. Especially the young woman with the long blonde hair. She served me the other day with a very unfriendly manner, and while I was still in front of her at the counter putting my change in my purse, she reached down picked up a large bottle of pop, unscrewed the top and proceeded to drink the contents in front of me!! So very rude! And this isn't the first time that she has acted in a rude and unfriendly manner! This for me was the final straw, this particular assistant has (in the relatively short time she has worked there) given the impression that the customers are just an annoyance! This shop has really gone downhill In the last couple of years, to the point that, for a while now, I have really disliked shopping there and prefer to shop at Tesco express!
