RHD Performance

First time ordering from RHD performance, excellent service. Enquired about an uprated radiator for a volvo, had quick and helpful response from Thierry. Wasn’t expecting delivery til January but they managed to get the part to me today! Very impressed and highly recommend.

Ordered some car mats from this company unfortunately the wrong ones arrived, one message to Thierry and within one hour he had driven to Southampton with the correct mats!, truely excellent customer care, I really wish there were more companies like RHD that went the extra mile to keep the customer happy!, I therefore cannot rate this company high enough, they deserve all the business they can get.

Ordered gear knob through RHD eBay shop for my track civic very pleased. Having worked with theiry at Honda a few years back I can honestly say he is very knowledgeable and top on customer service highly recommended! Well worth buying from here!

Ever since using RHD I can hand on heart say it's the best experience from a parts supplier I've ever encountered.Absolutely awesome customer service, I encountered an issue with a part supplied by RHD and manufactured by another company. The manufacturer refused to resolve the issue and RHD went out of their way to resolve something that wasn't even really their problem by sourcing the parts required to fix the item.I honestly don't know how many companies out there would actually do that for a customer.Always kept up to date with order progress and always prompt to answer any messages.I've had a lot of problems in the past with provider's who might be cheaper, but fail to provide any form of customer service once they have your money. Something that ultimately losses a company custom.RHD will always help the customer to the best of their ability.

Really great customer service and parts

Dealt with Thierry through the process of my orders, had a few delays due to covid and my mistaken order on a Saturday.He was super fast with reply’s, not only this he gave me a great service every time with all the info I needed. Happy to assist in anyway and do his best to sort everything for me!Apologised for delays even though not coming on a Sunday was my fault (didn’t read the delivery) hahah!He deserves a pay rise!!
