Superb service....have had several towers and laptops not to mention upgrades for friends and family...top guy.. nothing is too much trouble...so go there if you want good refurbished kit or advice!!

Took a damaged memory stick to be repaired for data recovery. Brilliant service and 100 % success. The cost for this brilliant service was 4 times cheaper than another repair shop wanted to charge me. I'm a very grateful customer and would highly recommend.

Excellent advice given for free on what to do with a tablet which did not appear to be charging. It now works again and if I have any future computer problems I am confident that they will be in safe hands here.

Bought an Acer all in one about a year ago - it was extremely slow from day one! Should have taken it back really but stuck with it. However, it got to the point where it was just taking so long to do anything it became unusable - 5-10min full boot up time, 1min at least to open anything and sometimes longer. Took it into Rich and he has sorted it replacing the slow HDD with a 1TB SSD and mapping everything over from old HDD. It is amazing! Switch it on and it boots up ready to use in seconds! It’s like a totally different machine. Highly recommend this place - thanks again!

Excellent service from Richard, got my slow Windows 10 laptop running a lot quicker in no time. Total clean up with small virus and adware removal performed.Brilliant.

Recently bought a new laptop from Richard at It Again. Had great advice and guidance on my purchase and delighted with the Lenovo that I bought. However Windows 10 is new to me and I struggled with it.No problem popped back to see Richard and I am now on the right track. Great service Richard, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
