What a fantastic day out, not only for kids but adults too. The variety of animals to see is great. The talks and birds of Prey display are fab. The keepers have a great deal of knowledge and clearly take pride in the work they do at the park and they enjoy answering all of your questions. Plus the cafe sells lovely sandwiches, pasties etc and the waffle cone ice cream with flake and sauce was delicious. A definite must.

Had a fantastic day out the kids loved it Ben age 3 had a ball running around meeting all the wonderful animals and Noah age 1 toddling around. The tour was perfect had freedom to wonder at our leisure and also guided when we had questions to ask. Will be back again soon. X

Although there were a couple of animals on the website that are no longer at the farm, we were pleasantly surprised by our visit. The owners were lovely and took time to show us the different animals they had, as well as giving us the freedom to walk around the farm and find animals on our own. Great value for money, our kids aged 14, 12, 9 and 5 all loved it. Small gift shop with homemade arts and crafts also. Definitely worth a visit.

This facility is now closed. Google maps shows it as recently confirmed as open by owners. We travelled an hour to find it permanently closed.Looked like it was a really good place so four grand kids very disappointed

Lovely little animal farm. Watch out for the big white horse in the barn. It's a bit of a character. Don't turn you back on him as he likes to give you a nudge with his head. Donkeys, Alpacas, rabbits and other small animals and birds. Family run for mostly rescued animal. Nice people who deserve support. Well worth the money paid.

Lovely little animal experience for young kids. Really friendly owners who obviously care well for the animals, and spend their time, effort and money on that, not fresh paint or fancy appearance. We were pleasently surprised to see it still open as our last visit was in 2015 and they did say they were on a shoestring budget and only just surviving then. It's only small but a lovely place for a short visit & close up experience for small kids. There's no cafe, and the loos are basic but operational. Please give them some support if you're in the area!

Found this place on google thought we’d give it a try, pleasantly surprised as I was bigger than it looked, didn’t see as many animal as it said on their website but it was something to do to keep the little ones busy and entertained for a hour or so, when I was talking to the lady which I’m guessing was the owner and I was shocked when I asked if she gets busy to her answer was ‘no, we are working at a loss’.. I do feel, a bit of TLC, a good clean up and new signs (telling you what animal was what) along with street signs, plenty of advertising, pick up the dog poop and it could be a busy little place in the summer.. again I’m guessing that owners who were were talking to were very friendly and very helpful and I liked how we could just go round at our own pace by our selves. £5 per person can’t complain, I’d visit again. Only gave 3 stars coz it does need a good clean.

Absolutely wonderful place to visit. It's small and beautiful and on a sunny warm day you could spend a few hours there just lazing on a bench in the sun. The lady and her husband who look after the animals are a lovely couple and are very dedicated and they love to chat away to you about the animals. They have horses, donkeys, chickens, alpacas and many other animals including a large Eagle Owl who comes out and sits on the lady's hand. Kids and adults alike will love this place. Well worth a visit if you love animals :)
