The Best Connection - Coventry

Both my brother and I decided to join TBC almost 2 months ago with limited expectations as we were both looking for a placement at the same company on the same shift and pretty close to home which we never really thought possible, but after the first phone call we made to TBC, the registration was then done online, very easy and straight forward and when we couldn't upload the documents we needed to we were invited into the office to bring them in personally, each and every member of staff at the Coventry Hertford st. office that we have met, spoken to, messaged or rang are a credit to the company and we cannot speak highly enough about them. They have in just a few short weeks offered us 2 placements, the first was good but didn't tick all the boxes, so after speaking to the staff they said no problem, we'll find you something else that hopefully does tick all the boxes you require and as promised within a few days we were offered our second placement, at the same company, on the same shift and just a few miles from home and we are still working there now and we cant thank the staff at TBC more if we tried, everything was made so easy for us, the rates of pay are good and we get paid every week on time with no issues. We both had not worked for a few years so thought it would be difficult to get registered with any agency and back into work but we were wrong and so glad we chose The Best Connection to call first. If you are thinking about joining an agency call TBC before anyone else as they will do their verybest to help however they can!

My experience with Best Connection as an employment agency has been nothing but an amazing journey. I enjoy that they put me as resource at the center of their operations. I feel very appreciated and happy with the work I do. Their staffs like Adrian and Kayleigh are very approachable and also support with assistance and help to ensure I have an amazing shifts with a client. I transitioned to the Coventry branch from another BC branch last winter. I personally communicate with Jack mostly, Adam, but sometimes Raj too.Always in work, whenever I’ve needed it which has been difficult lately to fit me in with ad-hoc work, whilst I’ve also been completing university work. This has been greatly appreciated. Jack always on hand to help, chat and all over it with any query I have and all the team have been completely understanding and done their best to sort me out with anything I need. Always paid on time and in full and genuinely enjoyed working at all the companies I’ve worked for so far. Thoroughly recommend theses guys. Cheers gents. James.
