Bought a gift for my daughter's birthday with next day delivery and tracking. Didnt get delivered, after taking hours trying to contact them, they said they are having complications and that my parcel will now be delivered a week later!! SHOCKING SERVICE. Zero stars

Trying to contact this mail centre is impossible and it’s virtually impossible to log a complaint. The phone is also wrong I’ve tried changing it to 0345 but that failed to work

Found out this morning my 1st class signed for parcel has been sat here for 5 days not moving and theres no way to get through, but apparently it's common as they often forget" or "just leave things for days".Actual quotes from another delivery office this morning about the glasgow mail center. Absolutely shocking."

Waiting to get a answer on the phone and all you get is sh—- music and doesn’t tell you where you are in line to be helped so you don’t know how long you have to wait was on the phone waiting for 25mins and still never had the phone answeredThe one star I gave was far too high should have been a minus

Waiting for a delivery I placed with John Lewis and it was sent using 24 hours tracked, was supposed to be delivered to my local post office today (02/11) still say in transit it’s been there for more than 4 hours. Get this mess sorted Royal Mail your service is a disgrace.

Absolutely shocking!!!!! No one delivered my parcel or left a card as I am in waiting for the delivery that I paid extra for because it was imperitive that I receive it today. Where is my parcel????I can't seem to find a phone number to call the depots to collect it or speak to anyone. Website just makes you go round in circles trying to get an answer.
