Received excellent service and advice from max the sales assistant in this store .So helpful he offered me different options and found the perfect contract for me .Really friendly and made me at ease when I told him I suffer from anxiety he kindly took his time and was so patient. Thank you max !

I had a really positive experience when upgrading my phone with Three. The customer advisor Max was absolutely brilliant! He was super helpful and made everything very clear about my upgrade. He was willing to answer any questions and made me feel really comfortable and at ease when in the store. Thank you so much Max - you star!!!

Blood sucking company the business team is worst Absolutely awful been with them for 8 years but lately they haven’t been good. I have new contract with them i want cancelled my sim before 14 days they said they cancelled it but they waited for 14 days then the said its out of 14 days can not do it ! Will be cancelling my contact when it finished they don’t deserve half star

Went in yesterday for my upgrade and advice on an additional sim. I was helped by Max who done his best to find me a great deal. I had lots of questions and Max had no problem answering them and showing me how to do things. He was friendly, helpful and polite. Overall a great experience. I also had a very loud 3 year old with me, Max and the other staff (sorry I don't remember your name) assured me they wasn't fazed by the noise, which is nice as parents worry! Would definitely recommend the Three store and recommend dealing with Max.
