After a week of camping in Cornwall, we decided to take a very last minute stop here to break up our 7 hour journey home, and wow, are we glad we did :)Really lovely staff, beautiful building, delicious food.Room was very clean & comfortable and the bed was huge.I genuinely cannot recommend this place enough!Dinner - deliciousBreakfast - deliciousThe fairy lights, the games, the decor, the friendly staff- all perfect.Thank you so much!!!We hope to be back again real soon :)

More restaurant than pub, but cosy and bright with a casual atmosphere. Not a pub menu either, four choices per course, selection might be difficult for fussy eaters. I thought the food was very average at the mid-level prices. Service was welcoming, polite and prompt.

Recently moved to the area and I drove past this place because I was redirected due to a car accident on the main road. Noticed an event that they hold so I thought I'd go along and see what it was all about. Fantastic! Great staff! Great atmosphere! Made me feel very welcome almost as though I'd been there before. Really good job guys and thank you for a fantastic evening.

Convenient location, delicious food and a warm, friendly welcome.It was just the two of us, but we stayed in the family room which would be comfortable for four. Ben, the chef was was very accommodating with my son's breakfast requirements and downplayed the inconvenience we caused. He obviously takes great pleasure in making sure guests enjoy their food. I'd love to come back when there is live music and the fire lit.

Stayed here for a couple of nights last week. The room was lovely - really comfortable. Amazing food for breakfast and dinner. Staff were really friendly. Horrabridge is a great location for exploring Dartmoor. Can't recommend enough!

Lovely hot coffees & 11 out of 10 on the sticky toffee pudding we shared. Great service, lovely decor inside, must come back for dinner sometimeFinally back for dinner 2 months later for 4 of us. Super food, service & atmosphere. A great evening.

Had dinner there last night. Food was simply brilliant, service fantastic and nothing too much trouble. One of us has a dairy allergy and they bent over back wards to be helpful. Staff truly delightful and very good value. The Côtes du Rhône is fabulous for a wine by the glass. Highly recommended.

We stopped here for an impromptu lunch. We hadn’t booked and they had some Christmas parties going on, despite this, they couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. The food was amazing and it was lovely to meet chef Ben who was out of the kitchen and happy to have a chat.We will definitely be going back.
