The Roasting Pig Derbyshire Hog Roast

Steve and Blake came and served Roast Turkey Cobs with stuffing, Cranberry sauce, potatoes and coleslaw at our Christmas lunch here at Campbell Scientific. he arrived on time, brought his own kit, set up and served on time to 60-70 staff here at Campbell. The food was great, there was enough for 2nds for those that wanted them (even thirds in a couple of cases) and there wasn't much waste left over either. It was a real morale boost to everyone and a bit different from the norm. The price was good and a lot more economical than a meal out in the evening to which only a few would attend.We've used Steve in the past for a Hog Roast Lunchtime in the Summer, and this was also equally as good if not better, as the Pork and Crackling was sublime, apols to the pig, but it was a great result and really good friendly, professional service.
