Storage is dry and secure. There is a wedding venue on the premises at Alton so moving out of storage on a Saturday is a little embarrassing whilst the bride is walking down the isle.Buyer be aware.1. Brandt is happy for you to use their team to move into the storage but not out. Moving team is lovely but don’t make you aware they have broken something whilst loading and unloading.2. You have to rent for 4 weeks and pay for 4 weeks even if you only require a couple of weeks.3. Even if you give them the exact date of when you are vacating the unit, you still have to give 4 weeks notice in writing or they will charge you. Also make them aware the unit is empty in writing or they will continue taking payments.

The process of booking a storage unit from beginning to end has been a breeze. I even understood the paperwork as it is not written in jargon like a lot of contracts are. The staff are lovely and all have a great sense of humour which always helps. Would recommend using these guys in Alton in a heartbeat!

Efficient, customer friendly and reasonably priced. The removals team were a nice group of guys and very quick! Storage facility was clean and convenient. If visiting enter the full address, the post code alone will send you down a country lane...so I hear.

Brant Storage has been really useful for us whilst we have been doing some household renovations for the past month. They have been easy to communicate with, solving all our queries efficiently. The 24/7 Alton location has been perfect! It has been so convenient to access our storage unit at different times when we needed to. The location is also very secure and kept clean. We were also pleased with the extra Van service Brant provided for a couple of their team members to move our sofa and small pieces of furniture to and from our home into our storage unit . Will recommend and use again in the future.

Helpful and friendly service.The location of the storage site (Alton) is excellent, good security, site is clean and tidy the units are immaculate. 24/7 site access is helpful. I have spoken to Timothy who was incredibly helpful with any queries.Highly recommend the company.

Excellent service, great rates. Very helpful in assisting me work out what sort of long term storage would best fit my needs. Great additional services offered. Excellent service from start to finish, I could not fault the team on move day. Quick, reliable, friendly and courteous. The service is excellent value for money and were able to deal with last minute changes to requirements with ease and competence. New storage facilities are great! I would use again and highly recommend.

Tim, Glynnis & the guys have been really helpful.I haven’t been the easiest customer but they have remained patient & accommodating.Being an independent family business I would support Brandt in continuing to offer such a great service over other storage companies.
