Exceptional service and quality workmanship (both qualities which are hard to come by). From start to finish the process was seamless. My two sons have used Kerr Brothers and the workman ship, quality and service was outstanding. I brought my vehicle to Kerr brothers which required some complex repairs following issues caused by a different provider. From the start to end Kerr Brothers were exceptionally approachable, explained the entire process, kept me up to date regularly and the final repair work was exceptional. If you want your car repairs done right, first time and of an outstanding quality you should go straight to Kerr Brothers. These guys care about their work. Thank you very much for all you have done to resolve my motoring issues. A very happy customer.

After being warned about this service, my mother experienced this for herself. One disrespectful individual refused to give her the keys of her car until she filled up her tank of diesel... 1 hr 20 mins later and 6 pounds sterling later of diesal... She got her keys. Funny that the actual fraud was committed by kerr considering they held on to her to car for over 3 weeks to fix a dent in a mobility car. Milking NI Mobility by charging 3 weeks for hire of car during that time. Shameful. Be warned.

Complete con men.Kerr brothers will find damage with the replacement car they give you and charge you for fixing it. Despite not going around the car with you to check it for any existing damage when they leave it with you. Charged my mother over £300 CASH for phantom damage.Absolutely disgusted at their behaviour and treatment of my Mother, who is incidentally in her 70's. Walk before using their service. Disgraceful.
