Hired a mini digger, friendly staff with a great service

No staff!! Poor bloke was run off his feet

Couldn’t fault the staff or hire product at all. However the management approach is reactive rather than proactive with all aspects.Agreed a collection date at the point of hire as was going on holiday, called on the day of expected collection to make sure they were coming to be advised no collection was booked. Booked a collection then for the following Monday due to holiday.Charged the additional weeks hire which was avoidable if they had collected when agreed.No automatic refund in place so then had to chase the smaller than expected refund a week after collection as the system has no automatic refund in place.Overall the experience until return was positive but let themselves down with lack of proactive customer care.
