Visited today with my daughter to consider getting get us both helix piercings. It was really important to us that the environment was relaxing and that the hygiene was to a high standard given covid etc, we also assessed the professionalism of the team as we wanted to be confident we were in safe hands and trusted the person performing the work.After reviewing the shop we were confident and happy all our “asks” had been met. Initially my daughter was VERY nervous as she felt anxious as to what to expect and how much it may hurt, Paul, who carried out our piercings was incredibly patient, he explained everything in detail showing her all the equipment which would be used and all each item was individually packaged and sealed to evidence it was sterile. She took some time to mentally prepare herself and Paul was in no rush, he allowed her to take her time and answered all questions she asked. The piercing itself took seconds and afterwards she was happy she stuck with it to get what she wanted despite her phobia of needles. The piercing itself is in the exact place she wanted it and the angle placement is perfect. Thank you for making this experience enjoyable and for your patience, this has help her achieve a look she has been longing for and helped her overcome a fear. Much appreciated

This place is a gem, genuinely nice people but not just nice they are considerate and always look after you every step of the way. Amazing artist and great piercer. It was clean and well practiced in everything considering the covid 19 pandemic. I felt safe and very well looked after. Ill be booking my next appointment as soon as possible. Thank you guys.

I started getting tattoos late in life aged 67 initially my intention was to have to tattoos meaningfull to my personal life. I was very apprehensive initially . The team here are totally amazing they are friendly, funny, and very good at putting you at ease. I now have 12 tattoos as opposed to the planned 12. All were done by Steph who on my first few visits was an apprentice tattooist. Her work is amazing and she is meticulous to the last finest detail . I have seen Callie at work in her tattoos which are truly yamazing and so finely detailed.fantasic place

Paul is an amazing piercer, makes you feel at ease, works with you to get a piercing you love & that is unique to you. Aftercare is spot on too, nothings ever a problem. Callie is one of the best tattoists, creating a piece unique and personal to you. Lovely, friendly and welcoming.
