Really rude manager he was completely horrible didn’t even say sorry to us couldn’t be bothered to show us upstairs he didn’t look very sporty as he was quite large as an older man I had to find a bag myself apparently I refused to buy from there I walked out useless and lazy manger.

Disgusting and unfortunate behaviour from a member on staff the other day. His name is Ben, tall with dark hair and a piercing. He was rude, pushed me and was talking about vile behaviours he has been doing on the weekend. He rolled eyes whenever I asked simple questions and then he would walk off mid conversation. All I wanted was to get my items and leave but he made it incredibly difficult. Sports Direct. You really need to, sort out your staff!

Terrible costumer service. It is unacceptable for a cashier to give incorrect change and then be rude and unprofessional when questioned about it. It is also concerning that this is not the first time this particular cashier has displayed such behaviour. I recommend better training for staff.

Don't buy the footballs from there, the sondico ones. The sewing doesn't last and keeps ripping, happened twice now.awfull! I want a refund.

Terrible customer service! Couldn't find anyone on the top floor to get the other shoe we wanted to purchase. Had to go downstairs to enquire about women's trainers situated upstairs. When we took the one shoe to the till they said we had to go back upstairs and find someone to help. When we explained that there was no-one on that floor, the member of staff literally called us a liar. He said there was more staff upstairs than there was downstairs, he literally was refusing to listen to us. We had a disabled lady in a scooter and instead of apologising and helping us he said I can't help you, and to go back upstairs. It was a dreadful experience, the staff definitely need some customer service training or a dose of common decency.

Poor service, waited 10 mins for the lady to come over and serve me as the man couldn't be bothered. When I was served she directed me another make of shoes instead of Skechers and then when I told her the shoes I was interested in wasn't bothered enough to get me the other one to try on so I walked out. I went to the Mander Centre store instead. Their staff need proper training and customer skills

Rude staff .No changing rooms available downstairs and hasn't been for long time. Lift and changing rooms clearly not cleaned for a days and disabled changing room upstairs also not accessable.Shame as new shop layout very nice .Will use Wolverhampton mander centre store in future as staff make a store .This store has lovely helpful staff.

Very rude staff at the checkout no hello no bye. Just chating in between themselves. Not a good customer service at all.. very disappointed..

Went to buy trainers , terrible service,could not find anyone to get the other trainer ,went to cashier desk they called me a liar, would not shop there again,they will go bankrupt ,if they don't start taking costumers money,stay away from this horrible shop

Popped in here the other day. Staff can be scarce, but not a bad experience a lovely lady on tills served me called Alissia, she greeted me with a smile, very unprofessional seeing the young Asian guy who is working on the doors vaping at the front door outside whilst working. Store needs a shake up.
