Went for an interview as a senior developer. Awful interview process. Tech test based on mathematical model only. No reference to CV whatsoever. Junior in interview more interested in senior than myself. Point scoring self interest more important than potential hire. Typical corporate consultancy attitude of developers being a resource not a human. Admittedly this could be a specific interview case, but it ^mine and I have much experience of interviews with all sorts of companies particularly in the square mile.
