Went for the first time since they moved up the road. I was skeptical and with good reason. However, my partner always quite liked the food so I was willing to give it a try. It’s a small establishment front of house with only two tables and the kitchen is open on one side right at the front. The decor is basic and a little grubby. I ordered a plain hopper, devilled chicken and fish cutlet, although this is not listed on the printed menu. There was no one else in the restaurant only us. My partner ordered the Marsala Dosa. My hopper came quite quickly but it took the girl a while to get the food from one side of the serving station to the next. Although it was literally a metre away! The hopper was cold although it had just been cooked. I asked for it to be warmed through again. The devilled chicken was too salty and too sweet. No curry leaves, they just hadn’t got the spicing right. The fish cutlet had an awful lot of potato as padding and lacked flavour. Also was quite a small portion.I basically finished my meal before my partner got his. His was quite a large portion, but he felt the Marsala inside was quite dry. Left feeling quite unsatisfied and probably won’t visit again.

on 7th April 22 I went to this restuarant and bought three portions of Briyani. One of which is called'Hydrabadi Dum briyani'.I honestly lost for words as I have never tasted a disgusting hydrabadi briyani like this in my life.I saw the lady who was making and I asked her hydrabadi Briyani is a long process how will you make it in 30 minuts ,she simply said they prepare rice, and meat separatly leave it in the fridge previous night and just mix everything when we order. and on week ends they make real dum briyani.I was horrified to see her cooking just adding so much of yogurt and chillie powder ,few corrinder leaves to the meat & made a gravy,End result was just greasy sour gravy mixed with pre cooked rice which is not even fresh. Its a crime to name a rice dish like this as iconic Hydrabad briyani .In which Srilankan village they make Hydrabadi briyani . felt sorry for the cooking lady seems like a house wife not a trained chef.I truly believe the owners of the restuarant should seriously go and taste Hydrabadi briyani some where they make it authentically before selling this rubbish .All went to the bin in the end.such a disgusting briyani.

This restaurant serve Malaysian food and I thought I will give it a try. I bought Nasi Lemak which not upto Nasi Lemak standard. Rice not fragrant and can’t taste coconut milk in the rice. Chicken over fried, achovies look like boiled instead of fried and sambal look like straight from jar instead of properly cooked sambal. Total I spent £10 on one Nasi Lemak which waste absolute waste. I can get better tasting Nasi Lemak cheaper than this in Malaysia restaurant.

I felt it was misleading what is served verses what is described in the menu. My dish had just mushrooms for vegetables, small amount of noodles, near zero chicken. I asked for not too spicy and I got a very hot red curry sauces that was very spicy. The dishes are over priced Lassie was £3,50 the lunch dish £9.99 with a service charge on top. It was a very poor experience and I would not like to return.

As with the other reviewer, we were driving past on a Tuesday evening and saw this place. Interestingly this road has a small little cluster of South Indian/ Sri Lankan shops. We (wife and 3 kids) and had a combo of mutton rolls, mutton khothu, some veggie dishes and of course egg hoppers for the kids. All absolutely lovely. Have tried most of the Sri Lankan places around here, this one is fabulous. Definitely worth a stop.

Random find while driving past, but a good one. We've tried 2-3 other Sri Lankan restaurants in London and this is the best for flavour. The milk hoppers were really yummy. I also really appreciated that I could tell them exactly how spicy I wanted the dishes and it was done just right. One thing is I get the impression that not everything is available every day, so probably best to have several options in mind.
