Now into term 3 of the Pole Fitness classes and I think I've recommended them to everyone who'll listen! Not only is the content of the classes fun, novel and a great way to get a workout in without actually realising it, but Ann as a teacher is so accommodating, kind and encouraging. There are not many people I'd trust to catch me if I fell from an invert! From the very first class she has made it clear that her studio is for everyone, and the culture of support in the class is a huge reflection of what Ann has created. 5 stars isn't enough.

I've been a student with Ann a long time now and it's the only exercise regime I keep to and want to do more of. It's a great addition to any current fitness but I find even on its own you get so much out of it. There's alot of encouragement and support in the class which makes its more enjoyable and rewarding than anything else I've tried.

Very welcoming and friendly studio. Classes are always fun and exciting and the teacher Claire makes sure everyone of all levels are involved and comfortable. 10/10

Absolutely love pole fitness with Ann. It's the only exercise training programme I've ever stuck to long-term because it's fun and you meet the most amazing people. I'd definitely recommend for a fun and different exercise program and the parties are brilliant too!!

Ann and Claire are thee best instructors! They are so patient and knowledgeable. Every class goes too quickly with these ladies, it’s so much fun. The whole atmosphere is so encouraging, I just love it!!!
