We ran out of materials for our poorly planned garden project and the helpful team at Lawsons managed to get us three tonnes of MOT 1 delivered that afternoon. Fantastic service

Don't waste your time and money with this company or branch.I put an order in was told everything was fine for delivery on a specific day, I even rang them up the day before to confirm everything was still fine and was told it was and that if there was an issue that someone would contact me. So anyway it got to around 4pm on the day still no delivery so I rang them up and was told only then that they couldn't deliver on that day and then basically they couldn't even guarantee me when they would next be able to deliver everything on a day I was available to take it in so I just ended up cancelling the order and was given a full refund back. Also to the admin who replies back to the company reviews on here is clearly just as useless at resolving things for its customers because there is still the same issues as other reviewers have clearly stated same as me and quite obviously nothing has been done about it months before I had even put my order in..(unfortunately I didn't check the reviews before hand as I wouldn't have put an order in) And so much for their slogan of Family Values-Professional Service"...I find nothing professional about how this company operates. A complete shambles. AVOID"

Purchased their supposedly top quality Leighton Buzzard plastering sand but it was shocking, full of 5mm stones, worse than ordinary sharp sand. Either I was conned or they sell over priced rubbish. Went to HBS instead and bought their plastering sand it’s much better quality fine graded sand and less than £3 a bag. See photo, HBS left, Lawton’s on the right

Made two orders so far missing items from both and small number damaged. Quality of product was ok but my missing items have still not been delivered. When I rang up to find out where they were they had been completely forgotten about. This company needs better checks when picking items for delivery, recieving only part of an order is very frustrating and obviously of no use to trade customers.

Garry the assistant branch manager was excellent with my order and items where delivered on time,the delivery driver was also very efficient and helpful, would definitely use this company again.Thanks Paul.
