Communication was brilliant and their marketing of our property was faultless.Once we had accepted an offer on our property, Leah was always in our corner and communicating with us throughout. After a recommendation, we chose Naylor Powell as our estate agent for selling our house. Their Hucclecote office worked hard and found us a good buyer in a downturned housing market. We benefited from their excellent friendly and reliable communications throughout, I couldn't have asked for a better service. I highly recommend them too.

Selling our late mothers property was always going to be difficult emotionally and practically but Leah, Robert and Sam helped throughout the whole process. I popped into Naylor Powell when I was looking for a place to buy (1st time buyer.)nothing was to much bother for them.Leah was so polite helpful and so was all of the staff here.I have since purchased a property from a different estate agents who has not be as forthcoming with information.I of course not knowing much about purchasing a property went and spoke to the team again for more advise.Yet again nothing seemed to bother them and gave me advice.As i am a first time buyer my knowledge of what to expect is very slim. Leah Taylor was great as we had a long protracted purchase which was stressful for my 84 year old Mother and Leah did everything to keep the purchase on track and kept us both informed regularly, I felt she really cared.
