Having google searched for my next car, I was led to Edwards Motors.There, Steve Kane picked up my enquiry and made the whole purchasing experience a positive one.I strongly dislike pushy sales, but Steve wasn’t at all. He was polite, informative and made the whole process run smoothly.I would highly recommend purchasing a Kia from Steve at Edwards Motors in Worcester.

What a fantastic experience we've had this week in purchasing our used Sportage courtesy of Neil Evans aided by Alison.Attention to detail and exemplary customer care seems to run through the veins of this company.Nothing was too much trouble to Neil,we were kept constantly apprised of the progress of the purchase, offered advice at every step and guided along the way to a successful buy.I, like many people, have visited garages to purchase cars all my adult life and sometimes wondered as I've left them whether the deal was good,the car was what it seemed and whether my business was valued. I can say with certainty with this garage that all those questions are answered in the affirmative. We'll done Neil,a thoroughly decent and honest man who I've been happy to do business with.We'll be back for our servicing requirements.

Absolutely fantastic in every way. Everyone was very friendly, the service Neil (sales) provides was absolutely second to none, he helped me through all the various stages, explaining everything perfectly which is very reassuring. The car is just as good as promised and Neil has been in touch to make sure that all is going as well as we both hoped, which is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be going back to Neil for my next vehicle and highly recommending him and the garage to anyone and everyone.

Collected our new Sportage last Friday& to say we are delighted is an understatement.Our Sales Executive Neil was excellent only matched by the fabulous quality of our car.We now look forward to years of trouble free motoring in a really comfortable, well built & fitted out car.

Well what can I say about this company, what an amazing team they have there! But I must say personally Shannara is the best she was lovely, welcoming and most of all amazing with all the stress I put her under with keep changing my mind but she kept cool and done everything in her will power to get me sorted and made sure I was happy! I highly recommend this company but I will always tell people to ask for her! Thank you so much for what you have done for me I really appreciate it. Love my new car so glad I went for this lovely Mazda CX-30 in the end, thank you again Shannara you was and are amazing!
