SO FUNNY..This morning third in the queue chap at front he wasn't in the trade, had a slight speach impediment, he was after a fitting for cistern, we knew what he wanted but the manager he with the tash made out he didn't know what he wanted. Customer said you're not very helpful, that's all said then he with tash said get out ' I'm the manager get out. I followed him out and told him what and where he could get the part... Talk about customer relations and anger management.

We have always received excellent service from City Plumbing, both when planning our bathroom, but more importantly, the customer service afterwards. We needed help and advice more than 18 months after fitting our bathroom and after a short phone call with Justin in the branch, a part was ordered and the problem sorted with no fuss. I always think the after-care is the most important thing when it comes to choosing who to use for bathrooms and kitchens and we have been very pleased with the customer service we have received from City Plumbing in King's Lynn.
