The best phone/laptop repair shop Ive ever used. They are friendly, thorough and most of all kind and not on the upsell. They saved me £300 by waiting to see if my screen actually needed replacing before taking my money, turns out it didn't! Most places would've just taken your money. So grateful, they're the only place I'll use from now on.

Very helpful over the phone. Gave me information to help me fix my playstation. Friendly and polite. Recently took my moms iPhone in and they replaced the battery and screen within 30 mins. They gave lots of helpful information on how to maintain a battery. Really knowledgeable and friendly.

Took my ps4 in to get a hdmi replaced which was quite badly impacted, was well informed of the cost and the repair was really fast as well! Thanks

Great customer service! I came from an bad experience with the shop across the road(Irepair, said they would have my phone fixed by certain date, the date passed, they never got in touch with me, and when I asked for my deposit back the sales assistant said it wasn't their fault the piece didn't arrive on time so I couldn't get my money back. Luckily the manager was there and arranged the refund)After that I got my phone repaired at TechBytes, I wish I went there in the first place, Dora was very helpful, they had my screen repaired on just one day, I was notified when it was ready to collect and they were very friendly.Thanks!

I went into store today to have my iPhone 8 screen replaced as it was thoroughly smashed, this is my second time to the store and as expected I received an excellent service. The staff are always welcoming and the technician, Dora, was very knowledgeable about the phone and she fixed the issue quickly. My phone was repaired while I waited and looks like new. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my repairs. Truly a five star service!

Absolutely first rate service. My 1 year old Asus laptop wasn't charging, so after taking it to another independent repair shop and being told it needed a replacement part which they weren't able to acquire, I decided to take it to TechBytes to see if they could fix it. Within an hour I was told there was nothing wrong with the charging port and it was instead a rare issue of the fuse blowing on the charging cable. They kept it overnight to make sure everything was ok after replacing the fuse, and I collected it the next morning with no charge applied. Superb service, second to none. Highly recommended.

My phone was cracked on the screen. Really great place to get your phone fixed. Fast repair 45 minutes to 1 hour wait.The price for the repair was fair. Next time I am in Glasgow I will bring my iPad to be fixed as well. I would highly recommend this place.Lovely guy running the shop. Very helpful

I needed a new battery for my iPhone 6. I lost 2 hours of my life at the Apple store only for them to say they wouldn’t do the job. Michael kindly opened up my phone on the counter and deftly changed in a new battery. It came with a 3 month guarantee. So quick, so cheap and so friendly.

Had a faulty x button on my ps5 controller as well as a dodgy usb cable and the guys fixed them so quickly for a great price. Can’t recommend enough!!!
