Fantastic customer service from Jas (the owner). He recommended some great starter/garden packs for our 2 year old daughter to enjoy. She has been terrified of all the loud noise, but loved seeing these small fountains and rockets at home. He also threw in some extra fun snaps, which our 2 and 5 year old really enjoyed throwing at the floor! She's no longer scared of fireworks! We'll definitely be back to get some more.

These guys were great!I had ordered from another company who didn't ever turn up, so ordered at the last minute and they found a driver to come the same day (based in Birmingham). The prices are really competitive and they had loads of BOGOF offers. Even when I hadn't requested the extras they threw them in which was a really nice surprise!I rang a few times to sort things out and had a quick answer each time and all my questions were answered. I'll definitely be back!

Seriously dangerous fireworks. Do not buy. Rockets are gutless with very little colour or metals to make the actual colours. Colours are made byburning of the metals and some metals although are fillings are rare metals such as titanium, copper, barium and others. There is hardly any and as such produce very little colour. Three of this guys fireworks make up for one proper firework. Better off buying the proper stuff and staying safe. I am surprised trading standards have not closed this crook down. You know now why he can do buy one get 2-3 free. Stay safe stay away. Cheap Chinese import.

DANGEROUS!!! Would defiantly not recommend this firework shop. I brought some fireworks from this shop and one of the rockets explored whilst still in the tube just metres away from us all!!! The firework display was for the children in my family and now they are all petrified. It has resulted in all of us no longer liking fireworks and one of us being burnt. I called the shop to report what had happened and we got nothing but disrespect. They first said that without evidence they can’t do anything and then when I got video footage of it they tried saying a number of other reasons why they couldn’t do anything basically trying to pass the blame on. If you have children then I would highly recommend you avoid this shop!!

Excellent customer service, this was a last minute purchase, as some one else was charging ridiculous prices. I eneded up buying exactly the same items if not more at half the price. Very happy will certainly be returning again!
