What a waste of time! People who work there angry. Woman who work behind counter very difficult to talk to,made me feel so useless and small. I travel 4 hour from up north to go there come home with empty hand. Never using their system or neither going there again....(if I have to not give any star I would)

Warm welcoming, well organised and quick service.it is must to inform that you have an appointment in advance upon your arrival to the consulate, then you will be called accordingly.By the way there is an alternative way of payment via qr code mentioned at the consulate.

I have found my brother in un imagineabel health, physical and mental condition in a hospital. Where the ...... Is humanity and uncife. Where human go from these evils?I would like British red cross ➕ assist me to put these police into castudy.I am waiting for your respond.I don't care if turkey gets destroyed in one sec by all means so be it. Honestly DISGUSTED with the service they are giving, travelling there is a waste of time. There’s no option to book an appointment on their website for people without an ID number, as for their customer service line, all useless. They try and get themselves out of solving problems. So disappointed and a waste a time and effort. If there was an option for no star I would.

The staff are friendly but the wait can be up to 4-5 hours long even with an appointment. Also make sure you have passport/ID photos printed already or bring cash as they do not accept card.

I had two separate appointments today and the staff was very accommodating and understanding.They was professional and courteous and assisted me when needed. Special thanks to the lady in notary department and the gentleman dealing with military administration. Also the blonde haired police officer. And last but not least thanks to Tuba (consul) for making the necessary arrangements.

My 19 year old son had an appointment this morning. He can't read and write Turkish. He was given a Turkish form to fill in and told to wait outside. He just couln:t do it and missed his appointment. I am really disalpointed and angry with the service and support not being available to guide him.
