I have worked with this company for a couple of years and they have always given great service. When I was nervous that mailed had gone missing they where easy to contact and made every effort to ensure that mail was getting to me by sending test letters. I'm a bargain hunter and trust me Eazi Solutions is the cheapest mail forwarding agent I could ever find! I run a small business so I watch every penny spent and I'm glad I choose Eazi Solutions - I have been with them over 3 years and they haven't increased prices so far.One thing I need to say is their user portal may not be as good as those big companies but I find it sufficient for me. If I really need help I can submit ticket on their contact us page and most of the time I will get a reply very quickly.Highly recommend and support small business like Eazi.

This company has a lot hidden in its contracts. We did not want to renew my virtual office with them at this time, but they tried to take the money daily. A week after the renewal we had completely forgotten about them and they took the payment from my account.We made contact and told them we did not want the virtual office anymore and they said they can cancel the contract but we won't be getting a refund as they require at least 1 months’ notice to terminate the agreement, despite the fact it was a 12 month contract which had already ended and it was coming into a new agreement, which we had not agreed to enter.This company seems oblivious to contract law, or consumer focus and ethics. Because of their attitude, we will never be using this company again, they are cheap for a reason because they are clearly amateurs. In June we will be changing my company to a new business sector and would rather pay £200 a year for a company that treats its customers with respect and does not ignore standard contract law.

Eazi are one of the best virtual office services I have used for my business. Their customer service and communication are excellent and have always responded swiftly to my queries. They offer very good value and offer a range of options for mail forwarding including personal collection. I have recommended many clients over the years to them and all have been just as satisfied. 5 stars all the way.

Been with Eazi since mid 2015. So far fairly good. There can sometimes be a bit of a delay between mail being sent and scanned, but at most it's a couple of weeks, which hasn't been critical for me. I don't get parcels sent there, so can't comment about that service.You do need to supply a lot of information when opening an account, but it's in-line with industry standards.Overall, a pretty decent service and I'm happy enough with them.

I have been using Eazi Virtual Solutions for nearly 2 years now and I have found the service excellent. My forwarded mail arrives promptly and whenever I have needed to contact customer support the response has been swift, efficient and very polite. So as you can tell, I am a very happy customer. Oh and the rates are really good, perhaps the best in the industry!Keep it up :-)

Absolutely awful. This company is a fraud - they take your personal info, take your money and leave you out in the cold wondering what's happened to your order. When you try to cancel they have the cheek to charge you a fee! I don't know what business model this company has but it's certainly not what they say they do. Most likely selling your data on to other fraudsters. Punters beware! Also do not trust the 5 star reviews, they are as fake as is this companyedit:What is untrue in my review? No malice there, too, only facts. I have evidence to back up my every word. I paid you and I supplied you with all requested documents, you cut off comms and disappeared into thin air – all hallmarks of a fraudulent enterprise. You messed about with my order for almost A MONTH at which point I asked for money back - instead of apologising and refunding promptly you arrogantly accused me of a breach of contract. The promised refund is still in the post" so yes I charged back as was my right to do to recover money from fraudsters. Amended the Companies House records? The only thing amended is the registered address for myself and my business - go check

Been with this company for a few years now so have plenty of experience with their services. I have called them over 13 times over the past 3 months due to their incompetence. They don’t reply to calls or messages. Strangely this office company use another company to answer most calls so the person on the line has no idea who you are or about the services the business provides. You leave a message with them and they say you will get a call back within 24 hours which doesn’t happen. I was charged twice for annual membership this years which took multiple emails to get resolved and credited. I had mailing credit applied to my account at the company’s request yet they never send any and ask me to pay each time I get mail! A new system means they now do not automatically send it out to you but you now have to confirm a quote and then pay. I have requested my mail credit back but I am still waiting weeks later. We had two letters sat on their desk waiting two weeks before being forwarded to me when supposed to be sent the same day first class. There system says they have been sent but I'm still waiting to receive them. They received another letter 3rd August and today is 15th and on checking it's remains with them. I turned up at their offices 3 weeks ago due to the mail taking so long and was informed when I couldn’t find it and called, it's not manned and appointment only but there is no one there anyway. I could continue and the shocking service but don’t want to waste anymore of my time. Do not use this company, they are a joke. I will be looking to use a professional company else where.

I stopped using the account over a year ago with zero correspondence in this time. I cancelled my DD i thought no more of it. I was then sent an email telling me I owed money. I then received a threatening letter telling me there were going to take me to court. I've had to pay the invoice so as not to be taken to court. I simply don't have the time to dispute it. I would never use them again, and I would suggest you look to find a more professional company.
