Lakeside Windows

I had a black porch with a black front built through Hendon’s Home improvements Ltd back in 2018.The supplier of the materials was Lakeside Windows.We started having problems with the door back in 2021 which i reported to HHI Ltd. The door wouldn’t close or open. One gentleman who had come to service my washing machine had to go out the back way as we couldn’t open the door.Another gentleman who had come to fit blinds had to help me to try and close the door.The black on the porch has faded massively and the door has lots of chips in it.At no time has Scott come to look at the door despite me contacting him lots of times.He did actually send someone once to clean the door with WD40 because his van was off the road !!!Turns out the man was from Lakeside Windows so they are aware of the problems but are denying any responsibility as they say it’s out of warranty. This was back in 2021 so it was in warranty then.Please don’t purchase any thing from either of these companies.The black windows I purchased from Siesta windows are fantastic with no issues at all. They were fitted within a few months of each other.

Have previously used Lakeside for windows, doors and Conservatory and chose them again for some replacement windows.. They turn up when they say they are going to and cause the least amount of disruption or mess. They are prompt and totally reliable. Job was completed to my total satisfaction by Anthony and Dean. Thank you guys for a job well done

Had confidence in my dealings with this company at every stage of the process from sales, to installation through to follow up. They manufacture excellent quality windows and doors, matched by superb workmanship by the experienced installers, for which nothing was too much trouble. Didn`t think I could be wowed by windows but I was. All the work was completed on time and at a good price. I would definitely recommend Lakeside Windows.
