The wax I had here was brilliant , I've had some waxers in the past that have not been as skilled as Akila . Well worth spending more for a virtually pain free wax!

I would recommend Akila 100% and give her 10 stars!I have been going to her for some time for waxing , which includes Hollywood and eyebrows. I have been to many salons over the years who have done different waxing techniques but without question Akila is the best and she is so skilled. She was trained in Australia and so uses the lycon hot wax technique. The difference by using this technique is incredible and so much better than any strip wax or hot wax I have ever had before. The technique ensures all hairs are removed from the root ( clearly visible on waxing), rather than the hairs breaking off which often happens with other techniques and so causes ingrown hairs and fast re growth. Akila is meticulous about ensuring every hair is removed and the job is perfect and the result is fantastic! She also makes the customer feel very relaxed and comfortable and is very discreet when doing intimate waxing and always checks you are happy with what she is doing and the end result. She gives excellent advice on after care and on how to look after the skin/ get best results for the next time. Not only is she excellent in her profession, she is also a really lovely , kind, fun and friendly person. She can’t do enough to help and her salon is friendly and welcoming. I have been using Akila’s beauty services for many years, mainly eyebrow and eyelash tints. She always does a good job and listens to what I want. I had my first ever intimate wax with her recently. thanks to akila, what a wonderful person she is who just made me feel so comfortable and convinced towards my acne treatment using dermalogica products. She explained the complete skin routine to follow to get rid of the acne breakout. I was so convinced by her confidence in herself and bought everything she told.
