Pole Fitness Falkirk

I attended a surprise birthday party for a friend at the studio. I have never tried pole fitness before and loved it. The studio was decorated with banners and balloons and we all had a great time. Our instructor Christina taught us some great pole moves and this would be a good taster session if you were thinking about starting classes. If you are looking for something different to do for a birthday get together give it a go you won't be disappointed.

I started my pole journey with 212, 18 months ago - going along with a friend for a taster session - and was instantly hooked. Christina the instructor is lovely, very welcoming and incredibly patient! Classes are varied, a lot fun and tailored to meet individual student needs but also challenging enough to ensure progression & celebrating individual student achievement. The studio itself is lovely, calm & welcoming & everyone I’ve met through pole is so encouraging, helpful & non judgemental.I have met some incredible people during my pole journey with 212, and am excited to get started again after lockdown. If you are looking for a fun, challenging workout in a safe & welcoming environment with a fantastic group of students, I would highly recommend 212.

I attended a birthday party event within the studio and had an absolute blast! The hall was decorated with balloons and banners, the instructor Christina was full of fun and made us feel at ease. We were shown pole moves, with some of these tailored to accommodate injuries within the group. Music was great and we all had such a good time and laugh! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something different to do with friends.

Had a PT session with Christina, I was so nervous as i had never done pole fitness but she put me at ease straight away. It was great fun and Christina made sure that I felt confident and supported. It was a amazing time and will definitely be back. Thanks Christina! Xx

Staff are incredibly friendly and professional. It is a very fun, welcoming and non-judgemental environment. You can tell that everyone supports each other and cheers them on. As a total beginner this made me feel much more at ease. After just a one hour session I left already feeling more confident in myself. Will absolutely be back!

Great service from Pole Fitness Falkirk, I hired the studio space for an event I was running and it couldn't have gone smoother. The team were really easy to work with and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we required and even helped to set up the space. The studio was totally transformed from a fitness studio to a training space. Will definitely be back to hire this space again for future events

Was a little nervous going to a new studio but was quickly made to feel at home and the girls were so lovely and supportive. Will definitely be back at some point in the near future ❤️
