My son has been training with Lorraine for about 7 years and he's now coming up to his black belt. I couldn't have ever asked any more from Lorainne and her staff and I'm extremely thankful for the part she's played in turning my son into the confident and amazing person he is today. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

I’ve waited a little while to write this review. After attending a few of the tournaments with my son which Lorraine and Kirsty organise for the team, I can only say that the attention, support and coaching that each of the children receive is first class. Most also give a massive shout out to the whole HSKA team as every parent and child is there supporting their support till the last child fights. We are definitely the loudest and most supportive in any of the events I’ve attended.Being apart of HSKA is improved my sons confidence, self belief and fitness levels and this only comes in the support and guidance from Lorraine and her team.The gym where the team attend training is second to none and safe guarding of the children paramount.I am totally being converted into the world of kick-boxing through the positive experiences thanks to the HSKA team.As Roxette sang “come on and join the fun-ride” and join this fantastic team I guarantee your child will love it.

My son loved his first lesson, they have a great understanding of how to make kids feel rewarded. Will update as he progresses.
