Derek's removal company, Jamies Removal Assist, offers a highly professional and personal service. Derek and his team are brilliant at what they do. We hired them to help us downsize from a 4 bed house to a 3 bed house and move from Hertfordshire to Northamptonshire. We still had over 100 medium boxes to relocate! The team arrived early and set to work immediately dismantling the furniture. By lunchtime everything was packed up and ready to go. At the other end, the vans were speedily unloaded and again furniture reassembled in the correct rooms. All packing boxes were organised by room and stacked so that we could still move around the house. Everything was finished by 4pm. A fantastic effort, Derek and his team were so friendly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Can't thank them enough, they made our move stress free. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

I needed house removal service and after leaving my details with an online referral service a very polite Derek Jamie called and went through step by step how he'd assist with my removal and gave me a firm quote on the spot based on what I said needed hauling.After a review of what I actually had for removal he gave me a £100 discount.The day started off as promised 0730 promptly and polite friendly staff. The mo e went without a single glitch and the crew remained patient and good.humoured despite the heat and my wife's constant change of mind as to where she wanted this or the other.Would not hesitate to recommend them. In fact I have a few boxes left to haul and I've already told Derek, who personally rung me whilst on holiday in USA to check on how things went, that I will be booking them again!!

The lads at Jamie's Removal Assist did a fabulous job! They were polite and helpful and worked above and beyond when our completion was delayed until 4:45pm and then the estate agents lost our keys!They also managed a very awkwardly sized wardrobe up 2 flights of stairs without so much as a complaint!I was so pleased, I gave the lads £20 bonus each and still felt I got a bargain.Thank you Derek et al.

Look no further!!! After a lot of shopping around it was clear that this was the company to use. From the first contact Derek was professional and reassuring given these difficult times due to covid 19.Derek and his team were punctual and extremely efficient. They worked fast but carefully with the upmost respect for our things. Bringing with them sheets so the didn’t walk on the carpets and special boxes to transport our clothes on their hangers. They wore face masks throughout the process and were well drilled in keeping their distance.Derek was on hand leading up to the move and happy to give advice to make the process easier. He made what could be a very stressful day a joy!I can’t recommend them enough!!!

I hired Jamie's Removal Assist for a recent move from Chelmsford to Leicester. Derek and the lads showed up promptly at 7:30am and had everything packed up within 2hrs.They hit a number of unforeseen traffic issues on the way up which caused a delay but they kept me updated throughout and remained focused on the job. When they did arrive, everything was unloaded quickly and efficiently with no damage to either the goods, or the property.The issues they faced on the day resulted in a great inconvenience to their schedule but despite this, they were professional and polite throughout the whole day, which many would struggle to maintain.

I can't recommend this company enough, they are absolutely amazing, you will not find another removal company as professional, helpful, hardworking, efficent caring, and just outright totally fantastic...Now I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but in this case, it would of been an absolute crime if I didn't take the time to let people know that they can use this company with 100% confidence...Now people tell you that moving is one of the most stressful things you can do and I now know that is totally true. But fortunately, after the estate agents recommended this company to us, well Derek was absolutely fantastic and made a very stressful situation so much easier to cope with. He was on hand every step of the way and answered every call my sister made, as having never moved before, we were very stressed and panicked.Now on the day Derek and his guys arrived exactly when they said they would, which was probably earlier then most people ask to move and let me tell you, they were absolutely worth there weight in gold. They absolutely worked there socks off and totally cleared my home in under two hours. They totally blew me and my sister away with how hard they worked and we've never come across people who worked as hard as these guys, plus they were totally professional and caring to boot...Well I can honestly say that you will not be disappointed using this company, they went above and beyond to help myself and my sister and I'm 100% sure you will be treated with exactly the same care and attention and you will be as happy as we we're...We really can't thank Derek and his guys enough, they were outstanding in every possible way and you can use them knowing you will be treated the same way we we're...

I moved from Essex to Lincolnshire and Derek and his lads were amazing. The communication leading up to the continued delays from solicitors for completion meant I was constantly having to push the date back. Derek was very patient and understanding. Moving day was excellent. Derek and the lads were early and had the whole house packed up very fast. Unpacking the other end was also as efficient.I would highly recommend Jamie's Removal Assist. Fantastic service from start to finish. The lads turned up promptly loading the van with care and then at the other end unloaded the vehicle really quickly, despite not being able to park that close. They even had to carry a settee up 4 flights of stairs without any fuss! Very happy to recommend. Thank you.
