InstaVolt Charging Station
Both fast chargers CCS connected then cut off. Contactless would not work on either station and the app had pre payment still didn’t work cut my charging connection off.

Easy charging, I used the app no problem. Only issue is that the charge cable is very short which means for driver side charging you have to turn the car around. This also means you have to go the wrong way around the 1 way system. It would have been better if they had just installed another couple of metres of cable

McDonald’s customers who don’t even have electric vehicles are always parking in the electric charge spaces and get arsey when asked to move as the staff tell them to park there apparently it really needs to be enforced as there are so few chargers in this area. . Also when it rains it is like walking through a swimming pool when you get out the car in both spaces as there is no drainage! Just awful!

Absolutely terrible design. Charger 1 can only deliver a complimentary 5kw and the location of Chargers 2, means that I cannot plug in to the front of my Kona.

InstaVolt Charging Station
Visited 27/4/23. Charged while refuelling in McD. Used the app which worked well. Couldn't make contactless work as the yes/no touchscreen buttons to allow a card pre-authorisation would not work. You need to look at that please.

Charges at 74kw when it advertises 120kw.Easy and intuitive charging.Charger input and layout very bad.

Easy to locate and all worked well, as usual, using my App.Worth noting that if you have a driver side socket, the direction you have to enter the car park from, means you may have to turn the car around (against the direction of the traffic flow) to use the bays, as the cables are quite short to reach across.
