I have attended a few of Ruth's weekend workshops now and she is absolutely brilliant! Down to earth, welcoming, like coming home she makes you feel nurtured but at the same time challenges you. Her workshops are always filled with insight and come from a place of love. Thankyou Ruth! You rock!! X
