Coming back from our holiday to a sparkling house was the best!!! The cleaners always manage to impress us by how thorough and meticulous they are. The house was so fresh and welcoming. Very well worth the cost for such high standards! What we love about them in particular is that they pay attention to small details like skirting boards, cob webs in the corner of rooms and shower doors that are smear free and spotless. We would highly recommend Molly Maid Thame!

If you are considering using Molly Maid to do any cleaning for you - think again! I paid Molly Maid Thame £430 in advance for them to perform a 'professional deep clean' of my empty house in my absence and this is what I got (oh, and they broke part of my fridge without even telling me)! When I complained via multiple emails and letters, they refused to sort it out or refund my money so I could get someone else to finish the job.I am absolutely disgusted with their appalling service! So much for a clean you can trust" and "100% satisfaction guarantee"!Please share this with your friends and associates so no one else gets ripped off by these charlatans.Next step

I wish we had read the previous reviews prior to appointing Molly Maid of Thame.They have just cleaned a large country house we had been renting, and for all that they did a reasonable job of cleaning the house, they managed to leave two stains on wooden work surfaces in the kitchen and utility room - they would not wipe off and appear to have been caused by something caustic. I am sure it was accidental. We too had to pay them £650 in advance and a further £200 to cleaning part of our new home. Both jobs were completed to a reasonable standard.From the outset the owner of the franchise was keen that we should point out any issues if we had any. In line with here suggestion we did so. When we did there was no effort made to try and resolve the situation and if anything they were accusatory that the marks were there from the outset despite the fact there is clear photographic evidence to show they were not. They flatly denied having made them, despite when I met them at the house first thing on Monday morning there were no marks evident and by the time my wife returned to see how they were getting on at about 3.30pm they had already left the house and the marks were still wet.All it would have taken is an acceptance that perhaps there had been an unfortunate accident and it would have been forgotten.The art of running a successful business is to ensure there is a happy customer at the end. Sadly this is not the case in this instance.The old adage of do a good job and the client will tell 3 people or do a bad job and the client will tell 10 is perhaps something to be considered.We will not be recommending Molly Maid of Thame to any clients and friends going forward.

I have been using Molly Maids for a few weeks now and they do a fantastic job every time.The 2 ladies they send round are lovely, professional and very polite.I'm glad I chose Molly Maids and would highly recommend them.
