Ordered a Disklok via the website then received a phone call to confirm my order was being dispatched immediately, within 24hrs my order arrived. Great service thank you.

Just received my Road Hero spare wheel kit. Great product,Great service,Had conversation on telephone to make sure I was ordering correct wheel size with a very knowledgeable man.And then ordering on website and my wheel was delivered next day couldn’t ask for better service.

Needed a Disklok urgently to protect a newly acquired classic car . Had tried the medium but was too small . Came across Carnoisseur , Ordered late Thursday evening . Having read a 1 * rant " on their reviews I contacted the company Friday pm to see if everything ok - it was already en route . My Disklok arrived first thing Monday morning . Can't be any farer than that . I don't normally post reviews but many may be put off by such negative comments as I had read. There has been in case some haven't noticed a world wide shortage of just about everything but I can't fault my experience. It was also cheaper than the competition. Well done ."

Absolute joke. Dont waste your money or time.Ordered a Disklok on 2nd Oct. Shown in stock on the website. There was a footnote stating that there was a lead time on medium and large ones. One week later. No lock. I called and got told they were due in stock. Obviously i was unimpressed as the website makes no mention of being out of stock. Two weeks later... Still no lock. The stock has now been held up with customs. I wait a few more days. Still no lock... Time for a refund, which is the only part of this transaction that went smoothly. During all of this waiting game, not a single email or call giving an update on the delay.Then out of the blue, 29th October. A knock at the door. DHL leave a parcel without a card on my doorstep. To my suprise it was the cancelled refunded order. 20 mins later DHL knock to ask for the parcel back stating it was a cancelled delivery. I politely explained I would deal with the company direct. I needed to chexk my bank to make sure I had not been charged.I then get an apologetic phone call asking when it can be collected and confirming I have not been charged. I work long hours away from home (hence needing the lock in the first place). I was asked if it could be collected from a different address or if I could drop it off. Not surprisingly after being messed around and lack of updates, no! I am not prepared to put myself out for your mistake. You couldnt help me when the ball was on the other foot!Roll forwards to today. DHl knock un arranged and tell my wife they need to take the parcel. She handed it over. An hour later i get a phone call. Im just calling to arrange someone coming to collect the disklok".This is a long review. I bought the lock from them due to the atttactive £10 cheaper. The whole dismal saga is an absolute joke. This company have been a shocking bunch of clowns throughout and the only time they have made contact or shown any urgency was when I was in possession of there mistakenly sent goods.Thankfully I ordered my lock from halfords and it arrived the next day
