I've recently visited Body & Mind Garvagh, having Clinical Reflexology with Anne. I have had several treatments and have to say the benefits have been amazing. Have had on going neck and upper back pain for a while. Got some deep tissue massage from Emma. Fantastic result, pain free for the last week. Highly recommend Emma and will definitely return if I have further issues. 5 star.

I'm writing on behalf of my elderly mother, who was suffering with hip pain. Emma treated her with a gentler massage which freed up the tightness Mum was experiencing so that she could walk more easily. It made such a difference to her mobility. I attended Kathleen's Law of Attraction course at Body Mind and Garvagh. The content was absolutely fabulous. So easy to understand and so many ah-ha moments were had. I have recommended this course to so many friends and family already. The added bonuses was the delightful scones and lunch included.
