Have quite a range of products which is good but potential scam as I was surprised after he scanned all the items - he took one off the bag and scanned it again! I have not said anything as it has been potentially missed but reading other reviews look like could be an actual scam! Have asked for receipt and all items were not displayed - Def suspicious

I chose Taro Pearls Milk Tea medium size. It says £4.20 for medium in the menu but I was charged £5.2 and received a small cup. Also the pearls are undercooked, so hard to chew. I complained and sent back to the lady. She remade a new one with the new pearls she just cooked. They were still not cooked well. The worst bubble tea i had in my life. Even more expensive than a good brand in the centre of London.

This local shop offers various types of Asian food including Japanese mochi, Chinese dumplings, Thai dry fruits, chilli oils, dry mushrooms, ready made noodles and noodles pot, frozen meats, many kinds of rice and so on. Compared to other shops the prices are much higher. I guess this is because of limited number of Asian shops around. The prices on the food shelf have not updated for many months so whenever you want to buy something, need to take it to the till to check the price. Overall a handy shop for the locals.

Minimum £5 for card payments.Friendly staff. Good selection of Chinese groceries like frozen dumplings, a variety of noodle types, pot noodles and sauces for everything... and more! Interesting seafood selection which I have not yet tried. Large water fountain and Buddha sculptures outside.Lots of stock and not everything priced, as mentioned in other reviews.But a great shop that I would continue to shop at.

Ocean recently turned their store front into a bubble tea shop. The servings are generous and flavoured with honey instead of brown sugar but the tapioca pearls could be more cooked through.

Amazing bubble tea. This seems to be really authentic bubble tea. It is shaken and not stirred, Bond’s bubble tea!Prices are lower, and the cups are betterThey can be reused. Nice and friendly staff

Customer service is horrible at this place, it seems we are bothering them when trying to pay for groceries, as they are more keen on speaking to each other in Chinese rather than serving a customer.Also, they sell cooked food, which is dirty, we can get food poisoning due to lack of higiene in their open kitchen".These are dirty and sell expired products.Never coming back."

No customer service. Staff won’t even talk to you when you ask for something, they’ll just point at it. Asked if they had something couple of times and the man working there told me to look for it. Overpriced, disorganised and messy. Watch out at the till as the price is different from the tag
