My experience at Russell Eaton has been nothing but positive. Chloe is my stylist and I have to say she does a great job every time. My first ever visit to the hairdressers after lockdown (covid) I was quite nervous, but Chloe put me at ease. My hair was a mess and being a certain age I had plenty of grey hairs. Chloe and I discussed the colours I liked and found me one that would suit. I now have regular appointments with Chloe to ensure my hair always looks great. I feel so much more confident as a result.I would highly recommend Chloe. Xx

Just had a fantastic cut and finish by Jade. First time at the salon and was immediately taken care of as I walked in. Hadn't been for a haircut in awhile and Jade did a phenomenal job and was styled to a high standard. Would recommend.

I have been visiting Russell Eaton for many years and have always found the whole team (Barnsley and Leeds), extremely professional. Rob Eaton is a fabulous stylist and works hard to ensure my vision is achieved. The hairdresser/client relationship is built on trust, I have had a number of hair journeys over the years and Rob has supported me, advised me and allowed me to evolve into the natural grey haired woman I am today! I have just had the best ever cut and colour by Chloe at Russell Eaton. It is by far the best hair salon in Barnsley with great service, friendly staff and a lovely environment. They also do a superb cappuccino that puts most cafes to shame! Thank you Chloe and thank you Russell.

I have been going to Russell Eaton’s Barnsley salon for over 20 years. The service, care and attention you receive as a client is impeccable. All stylists are highly trained and keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques.It’s certainly not the cheapest salon but you get what you pay for, and if you want to leave a salon feeling amazing and for your hair to look fab then you won’t be disappointed.

Came to the Leeds salon after been to the Barnsley one previously, absolutely no customer service at all, even my daughter commented as we left how rude they was and not friendly! Not to mention they was charging £100 an hour, as a hairstylist myself if I came across how u did today I would have been sacked no wonder the salon was empty!

First time visiting salon and was very impressed - I booked in with Bella for a cut and finish to tidy up my grown-out bob, and loved the result! We discussed my colour (years of home dyeing!) and I booked in again to sort that out too. Again, I'm really pleased and everyone says how lovely my hair looks. Thank you.
