Hand car wash
Took a medium sized van here for a wash and dry. The clean was not very thorough and there were parts on the van which hadn't been cleaned at all, such as the roof, around external door hinges and the roof tube. When I queried it, one of the staff told me, I should have told them to clean the roof beforehand, I mean surely I shouldn't have to ask?This used to be a great car wash, but I'll go elsewhere next time.

Me and my partner both get our cars washed here and they're always very friendly and do a fantastic job. I'm not really sure why there are disparate reviews considering neither of us have ever had a bad experience. I'd recommend for an easy, well done car wash. All the best to the guys.5/5

Wouldn’t wash a Subaru forester SG for £20, only £25, only takes cash not cards. Seems pricey and area looked scruffy. Won’t be back.

Been there, they are really fast and good. I hadn’t got my motorbike as clean as I got it there. Really good lads and hard working people!

Very poor quality clean inside and out. The staff are rude and obnoxious. They will charge you 4x4 price if your car has a slightly higher than average driving position. This used to be a good car wash, but with the current cohort of employees, I would suggest using any other car wash in Norwich for a much better service all round.

Very fairly priced and very friendly workers. Couldn’t recommend this car wash more. The workers go above and beyond for you and ensure your car is clean to an amazing standard. Will be back again!
