A few years ago my mum had aroma care and I nearly called the police. A carer turned up looking filthy no ID badge and tried to bring her boyfriend who had driven her into my mum’s home. I was there and my mum’s diabetic nurse was witness. The company assured me when she was returning to my mums later her boyfriend would stay in the car they both walked into my mum’s house what they didn’t know was I was hiding upstairs and told them to leave. The carer herself had no idea what she was to do also. I reported them to the CQC they said they’d resolved all the issues we had with my brother. Which was a lie they didn’t have his phone number. They never even spoke to him. I’m surprised this company still exists. I could never trust them I hope they are better than they used to be.
